Thank you for supporting WDRDesign. Each product is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made, please review the following shipping and refund policies before placing an order.

Order Processing

Most items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on:

  • Order size

  • Design complexity

  • Seasonal demand

  • Custom personalization requests

We will communicate estimated production timelines once your order details are confirmed.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping

WDRDesign offers shipping within the United States as well as local pickup in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping carrier and delivery location.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

  • WDRDesign is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Local Pickup

Customers located in or near Wichita Falls, TX may choose local pickup when placing their order.

Pickup instructions and scheduling details will be provided once your order is ready.

Returns & Refunds

Because many WDRDesign products are custom and personalized, most items are non-refundable.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we wants to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • The wrong item was received

Photos may be requested to help review the issue and determine the best resolution.

If an error occurred during production, we will work with you to replace or correct the item whenever possible.

Custom Order Approval

For custom orders that require design approval:

Once the design proof has been approved and production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please review your design carefully before providing final approval.
